This is my second time using GI movers and for a second time I’m impressed by their work. They communicate very well, arrived on time, very efficient working with a large team, and did a great job protecting belongings during packing and unpacking. I really like they have a point person in charge who speak English well and follows direction for special handling needs. They even let us hold onto some of their moving boxes an extra day since some out cabinets weren’t available at the time of the move. Once we finished we let them know and they came by promptly to pick up their supplies. Overall, they provided me with great service and I highly recommended the. If you’re planning a move. Used GI for moving between Dubai and Abu Dhabi, and honestly I could not recommend them enough. From the team making the booking and organizing the operation (Selva), to the on ground team lead by Saftain (Supervisor), consisted of (Wajahat, Asif, Husnain, Kaji, Rishi and Anjali) were extremely professional, courteous, tidy, and and paid attention to all the small details. They packed everything with care, kept things tidy, cleaned up after themselves, and then unpacked and installed everything again into the new place as I requested- making sure all the fittings and furniture were exactly how I wanted it laid out. I was recommended them by a friend, and I will continue to use them moving forward (and recommend them to others). Once our date was confirmed, I was updated consistently throughout the process of our 3 day move. They handled all the logistics ro move us to a small island off the coast of Abu dhabi. I booked GI movers for shifting my 2BHK townhouse. From the time of booking till the completion of shifting, I had zero complaints. Their Sales team is very prompt and supportive. And the team that arrived of the day of shifting did an excellent job. From assembling of furniture to installing the electric appliances, they were very swift and knowledgeable. And they took so much effort to do all the drilling works including installing shelves (which were very difficult due to space and size issues). Couldn’t be more satisfied. Highly recommended. After having used GI Movers Dubai for incountry moving and storage facilities for our pre used high quality furniture, we recently used them to cargo our furniture and many fragile items across to the UK. After I contact them they have send representative to inspect place and items/equipments, he was helpful and he assisting to clear some issues. All items and equipments was received well it was covered plastic to protect from any damage .it can be done through phone without visiting them including payment .
